Htex — Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-07-11 · Version v1.1-gdpr-draft
1. Scope of Service
Htex provides visa-application assistance, including checklists, OCR, AI pre-validation, form-filling assistance, and order tracking. We do not issue visas or act for you on official systems: you must review and complete every official submission yourself. Automated embassy submission (RPA) and refusal insurance are not currently available.
2. User Rights and Obligations
Users must ensure all submitted identity, passport, and travel information is true, accurate, and complete. Any consequences from false information (refusal, fines, legal action) are the user's responsibility.
3. Fees and Refunds
The price, scope, and refund conditions for a platform service package are shown at checkout and on the order. Embassy or visa-centre fees are paid directly by you to the official recipient; Htex does not collect, pay, or forward them. Refusal insurance is unavailable: Htex does not insure or assume refusal risk and does not provide refusal compensation or a guaranteed refund because an authority refuses an application.
4. Privacy
The Platform protects user privacy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee embassy outcomes, visa approval, processing time, or the availability of official systems. You are responsible for reviewing your information and completing official submission. For outages caused by networks, third parties, or force majeure, we will try to restore service; where permitted by law, liability is limited to the platform fee paid for the affected order.
6. Age & eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to register and use the Platform (aligned with the GDPR Article 8 default age of consent for information society services). Users under 16 may not self-register. Submitting visa materials for a minor requires a parent or legal guardian (or their explicit authorisation), who remains responsible for accuracy. Where Indonesian or Vietnamese law imposes a higher age or parental-consent rule, that local rule prevails.
